No judgement over the time they leave work
She left the office every day at 4.30 to pick up her children from childcare. She was pregnant with her third. People judged that she was not interested in her career anymore.
Very few knew she started work earlier than anybody else, worked through lunch and very rarely went for coffees. She sometimes worked in the evening after the children have gone to bed.
Promotion doesn’t come easy but it was so wonderful when being recognized.
