Caring integrity

She was known to be a kind and caring leader. Well being and personal growth of every team member was important to her.

She found out that a team may not have been doing the right thing but instead took the path of convenience.

Should she bring it up? But would that mean she will not be liked or demoralized the team?

She firmly reiterated the social license to operate is when everyone is guided by doing the right thing even if it is difficult. He didn’t like it but he understood.

Integrity is paramount.

A caring leader does not mean that he or she is soft or sought to be likable. A caring leader also cares for integrity, to have the courage for what is right even if there are risks.
