Workplace vampire

His credentials were impressive and the leaders had high hope of the change he was brought in to implement. Whilst she could have easily seen him as competition, she instead made a choice to share her knowledge. After all, she could also learn plenty from him.

And so he would keep putting time in her diary and adsorb all the information he could from her. But there was very little that he shared back. Whether he was intentionally hoarding information or not, she will never know.

She would, later on, learned that he passed on her insights as if it was his behind her back.

This was what her mentor shared with her, “There are many workplace vampires, whether it is the credit vampires, information vampires, energy vampires etc. They are the takers.

Now you have the choice to be the victim, become a workplace vampires yourself or you have a choice to learn to defend yourself.

What will it be?

Even angels learn to defend themselves.
