I don’t need another me

She was reflecting about her development points, thinking about how her leader would perceived her from his perspective of what are strengths and what would be areas of growth.

She thought perhaps he would want her to grow into his mirror image. And so she shared her thoughts with him.

And this is what he said, “We are a good team together because of our differences.

I don’t need another me.”
