The cream always rises to the top

No empathy, no care but manage upward he did so well. No ability to build team but any credit was all his dues. No need to fight for opportunities but he was so polish that all thought he was competent.

We can choose to lament how others rises to leadership position or we can choose to be the leader we have always wanted to be. The choice ultimately is in our hands.
