Coaching for growth
She asked that he chaired the next meeting. He was nervous for he has only participated not lead. He was usually the most junior.
She coached him before the meeting. She observed and encouraged during the meeting. She gave him feedback after the meeting.
The next time he presented, his confidence grew and his influence expanded. When she acknowledged his growth, he humbly blushed but inspired to keep growing.
